Made using a stunning and very old, antique cotton quilt. I designed this with the beach in mind and can imagine her being thrown on after a salty dip in the ocean or walking along the beach.
Two large front pockets featuring block colour terry cloth fabric. This fabric also lines the large hood. Snap buttons secure the jacket and sleeves are generous so can be rolled up if desired.
Boxy, oversized comfortable design. Areas have been mended – some with patchwork, some with hand stitching. Please be mindful there are areas which may have small damage but the majority has been fixed up/mended. (see last two pics for examples). Seams are finished with checkerboard binding.
One Size (Please check measurements).
Measurements: 1. Front top to bottom hem: 33.5″. 2. Centre back and arm: 32.5″. Pit-to-pit: 28″
Please note, all my creations are lovingly handmade by myself. I use a combination of sewing machine and hand stitching to make each and every garment unique. You may notice they look a little different to the regular, industrially made clothing and some stitching may not be perfectly straight! The materials I use are usually vintage and reclaimed, so please be aware that there may be areas with imperfections that have been reworked and fixed.
