Made using a stunning vintage butterfly aplique and patchwork quilt. A thin, lightweight quilt perfect for spring and cool summer evenings. The collar is lined with a cosy sherpa fleece and at the base hem the jacket is adjustable with two toggles and cord.Â
An oversized and boxy shape (like all my designs). Secured with snap buttons up the front, two large front pockets and finished with checkerboard binding.
Please note – due to the quilt being vintage, there are areas on the butterfly aplique which slightly damaged and coming away from the patch. There is also slight staining on the sleeve. Please see photos. This doesn’t affect the overall structure but it’s important to be mindful.
One Size (Please check measurements).
Measurements: 1. Front top to bottom hem: 23.5″. 2. Centre back and arm: 34″. Pit-to-pit: 28″
Please note, all my creations are lovingly handmade by myself. I use a combination of my sewing machine and hand stitching to make each and every garment unique. You may notice they look a little different to the regular, industrially made clothing and some stitching may not be perfectly straight! The materials I use are usually vintage and reclaimed, so please be aware that there are areas with imperfections that have been reworked and fixed.
