Made using a lightweight cotton quilt with a patchwork-inspired print, this one-of-a-kind Boxy Vest combines practical details with bold colour and thoughtful design.
It features a relaxed oversized boxy fit, a tall standing collar with a hood lined in vibrant royal blue cotton, and a reclaimed chunky vintage YKK zip salvaged from a vintage sleeping bag. The matching chest pocket and adjustable hood drawstrings add pops of colour, while the adjustable drawstring hem allows you to customise the fit.
Two generous box pleat pockets with flaps are secured with lilac snap fastenings, and the armholes are finished using the quilt’s original binding.
Designed with a slightly shorter length than the Classic Vest, this vest is ideal for layering over jumpers and knitwear throughout the cooler months.

Please note, all my creations are lovingly handmade by myself. I use a combination of sewing machine and hand stitching to make each and every garment unique. The materials I use are usually vintage and reclaimed, so please be aware that there may be areas with imperfections that have been reworked and fixed.
